It started off with the women — starlets like Dascha Polanco, Kylie Jenner, and Zosia Mamet have all had a stint with silver strands, but now it seems the men are hopping on the bandwagon, too. Brad Pitt dyed his hair gray recently, making him the latest celebrity to join the granny hair club. It looks like this trend is here to stay.

The 52-year-old was spotted in Paris, on the set of his new film War Machine, sporting some salt & pepper strands that made him look practically unrecognizable. It's likely the new dye-job was required for his upcoming role, but whether it was forced upon him or not, Pitt looks pretty damn good as a silver fox. If anyone can make gray hair look sexy, it's Brad Pitt — aside from George Clooney, of course.

The actor's new 'do is quite the departure from his usual honey-colored locks. Sure, he has played with highlights, and hair color a bit in the past, but I'm pretty sure silver is a brand new hue for him. Sadly, he will probably go back to black after the movie wraps, but I'm hoping he keeps the silver around for a while.
